What do I need to provide?
Safe off-road parking, water and a suitable power supply, with enough room to work safely around the vehicle. Let us know about any access restrictions before booking.
Can you valet my car on the road?
We need a safe place to work. We don’t carry out work on main or heavily used roads, tight streets or pay-and-display car parks. Contact us if you’re unsure whether your location is suitable.
Which areas do you cover?
We’re based in Birmingham and serve the Midlands. Send us your postcode before booking if you’d like us to check your location.
What if my vehicle is heavily soiled?
Extra time and charges may be needed for heavy mud, pet hair or other significant soiling. Please send photos before booking so we can advise on the right service and quote.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Some services depend on suitable weather. If conditions affect safe working or the quality of the finish, we’ll contact you to discuss rescheduling.
